If you want to use this service independently of the rest, you sadly can't, and will have to fill the ~green signup form and wait for an admin to make your tilde.green account.
I've noticed that a user could set a different username than their ~green username, but please don't do that, as then we will take action by disabling your ~green account most likely.
We've allowed any user to make a unlimited amount of blogs, but please don't squat blog names, nor make blog names with names of other registered users, as in that case we will have to either disable your account and remove them from being yours or give them back to their rightful owners.
